"MANAVARU - MANABADI" from
his own pocket. This has changed the face
of the School. Abdul Razzak, the school's
permanent donor painted the subject wise
diagrams, donated furniture like tables,
musical drums, steel Almirahs etc.,
gradually the youth from both villages
come forward and painted portraits of
national leaders at school at their own
expenses.
In order to improve the
infrastructure of the School, they learned
about the MHRD -
New Delhi sponsored "Swatch
Vidyalayam" Award through the press. The
local teachers J. Raghu, E. Rajesh,
Md. Rafi along with HM have formed a
team to improve the school's discipline to
get selected for the award.
Transformation of Schools into Vibrant Learning Hubs

of Five areas. They are drinking water,
toilet maintenance, hand wash and
operations maintenance, Behaviour of
students. To improve the performance of
the toilets, local donors, with the help of
chairman set up a running water facility
and western toilet for CWSN. Private
teachers built an incinerator for girls and
ramp for CWSN. In order to educate
students, the HM himself made several
drawings related to toilet maintenance,
teachers and student committees worked
together to ensure that the management of
these five items is well maintained. With
the help of local Anganwadi teachers,
ANMS, Asha workers the teachers
conducted elocution, essay writing
programs once in 15 days. The teachers
select "Swatch Class" & "Swatch Student"
every day and greet them in the assembly.
School waste is dumped into the compost
pit later used as bio fertilizers to plants.
Students planted about 700 varieties of
about 150 species in the school premises
in the year 2017-18. The school premises
was divided into sections and each
student was given responsibility to adopts
some plants and the teachers organize them
through committees of students. The
kitchen garden is setup on this site and the
vegetables that grow in the garden are used
for midday meals.
